1. Privacy Philosophy

Focus Flow is built with a privacy-by-default architecture. We do not track, collect, share, or sell your focus patterns, streaks, or deep work sessions. Your data belongs to you.

2. Device Integrations

• App Shielding (Screen Time API): All blocking of distracting apps is processed strictly on-device by iOS. We have no access to your list of apps or blocked domains.
• Calendar Sync: Completed focus sessions are written locally to your calendar. We never scan, read, or upload your existing calendar events.

3. Payments & Account Sync

• Subscriptions: Purchases are handled securely by Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store your billing or credit card details.
• Cloud Backup (Optional): If you opt in to cloud synchronization, your settings and completed focus times are encrypted and backed up securely on our server. You can permanently delete your account and data at any time inside the app settings.
