1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Focus Flow. By downloading, installing, or utilizing our mobile application, or visiting our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all utilization of Focus Flow.

2. Subscription Plans & Billing

Focus Flow offers several premium tiers, including Monthly, Annual, and Lifetime one-time purchase plans:

• All payments, transactions, and introductory free-trial offers are securely billed and handled directly by the Apple App Store.
• Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end of each period unless disabled or canceled inside your official Apple ID Subscriptions Menu at least 24 hours prior to renewal.

3. Licensing & Allowed Use

We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to run and enjoy Focus Flow on compatible Apple iOS devices that you own or manage. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute, or exploit any audio recordings, soundscapes, or module code of the application.

4. Systems & Native Integrations

Focus Flow integrates directly with local iOS frameworks to deliver Pro features:

• App Shielding: Relies entirely on local on-device Screen Time authorization and APIs to secure app blocking.
• Calendar Integration: Locally syncs focus logs as items directly into your designated calendar.
• You acknowledge that these features depend on standard permissions and Apple's active system restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

All focus algorithms, sound mixer suites, illustrations, texts, and source assets are the exclusive intellectual property of Melvin Mathew and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Focus Flow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Melvin Mathew shall not be liable for any productivity loss, software delays, server downtimes, or general hardware incompatibility issues.
